What exactly does Toyota call this part

What does Toyota call this? Bought my truck used and these pieces had a poor hackjob done on them (the one in the pic is not mine). I was considering ordering new ones and doing them right if they're not stupid money

 

Liner Extension: I opted to have all brand new instead of the cut/heat version I had prior to the shimming of my bumper, which allowed it to move forward.

Do you have pics showing how your bumper lines up to the fender after being shimmed?

 

I think the technical term is "thingamajig"

 

No pictures were taken of the alignment after I shimmed the bumper, but this how I shimmed the bumper using washers.

 

I do not have the truck at the moment as it is being shipped.
