What could be causing this? Engine bogging when put in reverse.

    Hi all,

As the title states, my 2020 Tundra seems to be bogging down when it is first put in reverse, weirdly it doesn't do it all the time, and seems to be better when the engine is cold. Tonight it totally bogged down and made a rattle noise, it has never actually died, thankfully.

I started noticing this a couple weeks ago, but thought maybe it was my imagination, but after tonight with the noise it made I am figuring something has to be wrong with it. Could it be a bad battery? The batter is the original.

It's a 2020 TRD OR with 55K on the ODO and no modifications! Thanks for any help, and please don't tell me it needs blinker fluid... I already refilled that! Unfortunately with my work schedule I wont' be able to get it to the dealer until next Tuesday.

My first thought was a parking brake shoe dragging. If you think there's a chance it's that you might try setting the parking brake a couple of clicks and see if you notice any difference. Good or bad.
