3” Lift on 37s makes the OEM Jack less than useless. The OEM spare tire may work on the front, but I'd worry it would cause differential issues if it was on the back.

Any suggestions? Thinking about putting a floor jack under the back seat but that seems like it would take a lot of space.

I thought there was a post somewhere, but I cant find it now, about fitting a heavier duty higher lift bottle jack in the stock location behind the back seat.

I just carry some short 2x4s and 1x4s under the back seat. Stack to satisfaction. 35" spare in stock location.

I got one of these on sale and it fits in the under seat storage. Perfect for changing a tire on my previous truck (2022 w/ a lift & 34's). I have the Bandlands Offroad floor jack in the garage for bigger projects that I would do at home.

Some blocks for the stock jack if you need them. Lifting off the rear axle shouldn't need anything special. Lifting off the front of the frame probably doesn't need anything special either, or lift off the A-arm if there's a good lift point.

Or throw a hilift in the bed and get some lift points. On the higher travel vehicles I own it's usually a matter of lifting from the suspension components because lifting the chassis doesn't get the tire off the ground even with a 60" hilift, so a bottle jack or scissor jack is usually the way to go.

Not lifted. Not a Gen3. But I used to be a Boy-scout. The kit is always in the truck. It made quick work of rescuing an old lady with a flat all the way to idiots in the woods with no jack at all.
