What are my options to make these 285/65r20 tires fit on my 2019?

I know everyone hates these threads and I promise I did a search too. I am looking for what kind of suspension/wheel combination I would need to run 285/65r20 tires on my 2019 TRD sport. I’ve done a search and it seems like most people are either running 295/60r20 or 275/70r20 tires but haven’t seen anyone with 285/65r20 so unfortunately I have to be the guy that starts one of these threads.

I already have the tires they were brand new on my last truck and I pulled them before I traded it in. I’m looking for the smallest lift I can run, preferably some kind of leveling kit or a Bilstien 5100/6112 type of system. I’d like to run my stock 20in platinum wheels, but if I need aftermarket wheels I would prefer that route versus spacers.

I know the TRD sport trucks have front and rear sway bars, do those affect my options to lift/level the truck?

I appreciate you all taking the time to guide a guy who’s just getting back into Tundras

2018 Sport CM here. FWIW, I'm on 3/1 level kit, sitting on 35x12.5r20 (a bit taller/wider) - but they are not on stock rims, can't speak to that - BUT, I was able to leave the F/R swaybars on, they are fine, they help with handling and towing - didn't need to remove them, don't really do any serious offroading.

Thank you, what offset wheels are you running? Can you post a photo of your setup? Any rubbing or mods to eliminate tire rub?

I believe the rims offset is +50... with 1.25" spacers, the total is about +18. Anti-Rub Mods up Front: Removed all flaps, added front bumper spacers, took heatgun to fender liners to push them forward a bit. That's all.

Thank you, do you rub at all? What leveling kit did you use? On the fence between a spacer or just using an adjustable shock

Same here. I have the Falcon Sport Tow/Haul Shocks set at level, stock UCAs and SCS F5 wheels with 35/12.5s. Removed mud flaps, added bumper shims and pushed fender liners forward.

    Looks good!

I've got this yearning to bump up to 37s... that'll require some more modding... which'll require more effort and $$... not yet sure if it's worth it :D

I've been told once you get 33's you'll want 35's and once you get 35's you'll want 37s. :mudding:
