Picked up a used Westin pro mod bumper. Not my first choice, but hard to beat price and it's 3/16 steel, so heavy enough. Easy enough to bolt on, however, the corners have a framed mesh screen that bolt on. Removed those and had to cut out a piece of flat steel that went over the mesh to allow more light through.

Got a set of Squadron sports with the toyota wiring kit. First off, if you reverse polarity by accident and they don't work...check your fuse. Ask me how I know...

The corner fog light holes in this bumper do not have a "shelf" for mounting the lights. It's 9" wide, and to have the lights recessed, needed at least 2.5" of depth. So used a 10" x 3" piece of 3/16" plate steel. I added three mounting holes, in case I later want to get a second pair of squadrons, but for now, used the center hole for this solo pair. I cut/bent each end of the plate 1/2" to add a little strength to the plate to avoid it being bent downward. Sanded off the paint and eyeballed the leveling once tacked in. Wired it up...replaced the fuse...and done.

I re-used that framed mesh. Originally, it's mounted on the inside of the bumper so you don't see the frame. Because the lights are flush with the opening of the hole, I mounted them on the outside after cutting off part of the flat metal piece covering the mesh and primer/paint.

The squadrons were great. But the bumper will work with some mods for fogs. The plate in the center for the light bar required some modification to the brackets (drilled hole at optimal height). Just depends on mounts and light bar.
