After a wash, clay bar, and wax...my daughter and I went for a drive to a historic bridge in So Cal. When we arrived, we snapped some photos of our truck and a few local kids watching the sunset in their hammocks! When we were walking to the bridge, my daughters says, “Dad, I love our truck!”

I have fond memories of my son (about that age) and I eating watermelon sitting on the tailgate of a prior truck and talking "Truck stuff".
The Tailgate became our watermelon eating place for a while.

Glad to share. Kind of shared in attempt to recommend an easy way to spend time with the kiddos, especially if they like "our" truck. :)

    OK. This beckons 4 things.

    1. Great truck. Uhhh, I mean TUNDRA!!!
    2. Wonderful that your daughter has reason to make that awesome comment.
    3. Thanks for including the story of The Bridge. I can't help but wonder for a second that thought process that went into the final decision to MOVE AN ENTIRE BRIDGE TWO-THIRDS OF THE WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
    4. My heart is warmed to see some youngin's wanting to enjoy part of nature's wonder. The hammock aspect will make for wonderful memories many years on ("remember when we'd string our hammocks on 'that bridge' and watch the sunset?").

    Thanks for sharing.

Great pics and a beautiful truck and family!

My daughter also “loved our truck” back in the day. When she got her license, it became her truck.
