If that's their plan, how do the expect everyone to get back? All the trucks will break on the trail!

It would be awesome if they picked someone from here and all but there's no way they'd air a negative review :(

Very true. We would probably bash any truck they let us drive  but if they want an honest opinion I’d give it to them :fistbump:

Yes sir! Meeting up in Cedar Glen @9am. Are you gonna be there? Supposed to be 79* and sunny. Should be a beautiful day on the mtn.!
I almost didn't make it due to a bad fuel pump that didn't want to come out after 30 years! And a driveshaft that took a beating on Holcomb Creek. Got thicker wall tubing now(.065 to.095)so it handles the abuse better. Hopefully.

    Not this weekend :(

House sitting for a buddy, need to work on my truck a bit, and drop by my credit union.

I've been looking up the trail, definitely looks like a challenge with 33" tires! I also ordered a rear bumper yesterday, should be done in about a month so I can start doing some harder stuff without F'ing my stuff up too bad haha

Nice bumper! That'll do the trick! Don't waste money powder coating it.

Too bad! Should be fun. I've done it before and being on 33s is definitely a disadvantage. The ass end on Toyotas always take a beating cause of their crappy departure angle so that bumper will, quite literally, save your ass!

Can't wait for her to have a big booty

And yeah, already hitting the rear, I need to get the bedsides cut and protection there before I buckle the bedside up higher than where it'll be cut. For the time being I could care less about current bumper damage, it was dented when I bought it, all is good so long as it doesn't damage things I'm not replacing haha.

Yeah, disadvantage is fine, so long as I'll make it eventually.

I'm so pumped Danny told us all none of us would make it up Lower Larga and we all made it :headbang: Gotta let him know 33" and a rear locker will do what him with 35" and F/R lockers turned around on :stirthepot:

Yeah he should've at least gave it a shot. I've been sending him vids of all the shit I've done on 33s, one locker, and no lift.

Yep. I get the don't leave a man behind thing, but they were on the main road and he had an exhaust leak. Not like he was stuck or stranded, just his day was done. They should have done the trail. *With that said, never leave a man behind ON the trail*

Hahaha bad ass! The high roll over risk on that trail freaks me out, but it does look like fun!

I had an exhaust leak for awhile also. 22REs seem to get em in the same spot. Drove it to the Sierra that way! Haha! The roll over risk is high on Lower Larga. So much off-camber!
He also could've drove around and met up on the other side.

You think so? Lower Larga didn't feel that bad. I'm also pumped I physically sit lower in the access cab, the seats in the double cab sit you higher. Feeling lower in the truck makes off camber not feel so bad. Also my truck sits lower so that helps too haha. My old truck sat pretty damn high haha.

A Tundra wouldn't have a good time there haha. I was getting hit both sides and the roof at the same time in some spots

Not so much a full on rollover but more likely to flop it on its side if you don't know what you're doing. I've tried to lift my truck as little as possible to keep my CG low.

On another note, as I've offered before, I'd be willing to lead a Tundra run on the 'forest freeway' 3N16, which is 2wdoable, with White Mtn. optional.

I definitely don't think white mtn is 2wd friendly, stock 4x4 can make it though
    3n16 "forrest highway" accurate!

Have any Tundras joined or want to join the Big San G trip that TW is putting together? There's still spots and a ton of different trail groups going out from easy to way hard

I meant 3N16 was 2wdoable. White Mtn. not so much. But it can be done.
