So I got a new piece of equipment at the farm and as I was pulling in with it my 650 hit the soft wet pasture and just sunk. The truck and trailer were blocking the majority of my entrance so I couldn't really get into the field with anything wider than my truck and I had considered unloading the machine but we were in a hurry to just get it out of the road and get back to the job we were on so there was enough room for me to slide my Tundra between the truck and the gate post so that I could get into the field and I thought I would give it a whirl with winching it up into the pasture because the truck was just sitting there spinning and not doing anything and I thought if I gave it a good solid pull that it might help it but I was still having to pull it uphill so I was doubtful that this new warn 10s winch that I put on a couple months ago and haven't really pulled anything of any real substance with it yet but I was curious to see if it would do anything with something this size . As you can see in the video it took a little bit of pulling and the winch at certain points had a good bit of pressure on it but I only posted the last 30 seconds of the pull or so because the first minute or so of me testing the limits of really putting pressure on it was more or less just curiosity if the truck needed as much help as I thought it did or not so I gently tested the waters with how much pressure I was putting on everything but then after a little while I realize that I was going to have to give it all it had before this load was going anywhere .
