Hi everyone, I had my RC 6" lift on my 2012 4x4 for a while. I did a lot of off-road during the time I had this lift on. I lifted the truck before I ever got into off-roading and now I think this drop bracket lift is not good for what I am going to do with the truck anymore. I ended up bending the front lift parts and broke the front diff housing, along with Cv shafts.

I need to remove the lift, and I want a different suspension setup to do more off-roading. Most importantly, I need to fix my front end so I can use my 4x4 first. I know RC has a warranty for that but I don't want RC drop bracket anymore, still going to get it replaced to sell the good parts to recover some cash.

This is what I have done:

    - Got a new front diff with the correct gear ratio ready to replace the broken one.
    - I currently have SPC control arms installed

    My plans:

    - taking off the RC lift components
    - have a welder to weld back rear cross member
    - install new set up in.
    - knuckle, Coilover, leaf, diff drop kit, lower control arm, diff bushings, wheel bearing, CVJ axles, rear shocks ( truck had almost 300k, I will just replace other parts when everything is easier to get to.

Where I need help and suggestion:

    - I'd like to fit 37 with R17 or 18 wheels in the future (current 35 12.5 R20), what kind of suspension lift is going to work with that? The truck is used mainly for vacation, trips, trails, and sometimes a little bit of towing. Still a good amount of both on road and off road. I have a aftermarket front bumper for clearance, and I know about the body mount chop.

    - the stock leafs are pretty much trash now, I want something that will do a good job with what I have on the bed and also with driving ( I have a bed rack full of stuff like RTT, water tank, gas tank, awning... and a bed drawer system with lots of gears, and a dual swing out rear bumper with two 35 spares on the back, and some other stuff probably weight from 0 to 400lbs)

So, what's yall setups? And any tips or experiences that is similar to what I am picturing with my truck? My appreciation up front!

If you want to sell your front and rear drop cross member I would be interested in buying it. I just bought an entire 4.5"rc lift with the knuckles etc but the front and rear cross member weren't included and I don't think I can install the rest of it without messing up steering and suspension geometry when though my truck is 2wd.
