2018 TRD off-road. Bone stock. Looking for recommendations for a 2 inch lift. I had Bilstein 5100’s on my old taco and liked them. Just thought I’d ask here as I just bought my first Tundra and I know there will be a lot of guys with experience. Thanks in advance.

Budget? Driving conditions? Anything else that might be useful to help folk recommend relevant lifts.

If you don't have any idea what you want. Check out the Suspension threads and get some ideas.

I tow a small auto dump trailer for work and I’m up in the hills in fall getting firewood. No major gnarly 4x4ing

5100s are great, but if you ever plan to have an aftermarket front bumper or winch, they can’t support the heavier weight as well

you could look into getting the 6112s, they’re bigger and ride great

Eibach Pro truck 2.0 system, great quality for the price, about a grand. Adjustable on the truck from 0-2.7 lift. Comes with assembled coilovers and rear shocks.

    Too many, but not enough....
another vote for the eibach 2.0 system. Install wasnt too bad, quality is excellent and they are easy to dial in without taking the setup off the truck.

With heavier springs, they'll be just fine. Even the 6112's ( really any shock) with lots of extra weight should have the correct spring rate, for all the extra weight

I went with the 5100's at first as I had them on my Tacoma too. Front end rode a bit stiff but in a good way. The front end didn't nosedive while braking. Eventually I swapped them out for a set of used Kings in the front and rear.
