2005 Toyota Sequoia Limited SR5

so i just had a shop do a water pump and timing belt and radiator done since the vehicle has 200K miles and i just got it a month ago not even 24hrs after getting it back the ABS, Trac Off, and VSC lights are on as well as CEL so i check it with my cheapy scanner 18 codes all msfires for every cylinder yet the truck runs great no misfires what so ever then a day later as hes checking it tells me it wont start fuel pump gave out so i get that replaced but so far no luck on other codes, any of you have had the same sort? thanks in advanced
