Get the codes read. Autozone, etc will do it for free.

Report back here and someone knowledgeable will speak up.

is it a misfire?? like stated above check codes and give us a little more input.. Some questions before you go, have you changed the spark plugs?? When you identify cylinder 7 pull the coil pack and swap it with the coil next to it and restart to see if anything changes, so you may get a better answer like that coil pack is dead.

How are VSC and traction related to a cylinder? Check your abs wheel speed sensors

It seems like the ECU triggers these along with a CEL.... I had both turn on for a crankshaft position sensor, and they had no relation.... May be a scare tactic to prevent the owner from driving it and preventing further damage. I just pulled it out of my ass, but when those lights came on it did scare the ish out of me... but I still moved it anyway....

go to autozone where its free99, and take a small bag with a 12, 14, 10 (because I don't remember the coil's size but its probably a 12mm) and a ratchet so when you pull codes you can be ready to swap the coils and run a diagnostic again... if its under warranty, then let Toyota deal with it....
