Voodoo blue...

I bought a voodoo blue limited thus month and I hate all the chrome.
My father and I are going to paint match all the chrome voodoo blue so it looks more like the 2019 trdpro trucks
My question(s) is what kind of paint exactly is this truck.
My father said he need to know if it has a base then the voodoo then a clear or if it's all together or what?


Other question is it possible to pai t over a chrome bumper?
Would i need to sand blast it down to bare metal or just rough up the existing chrome enough to hold the paint? Whatever I nees to do yo make it last is what I want to do.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

 

When I had my chrome front caps painted the painter sandblasted them.
