Have been driving my 2023 LUNAR ROCK SR5 TRD OR 4x4 about 10 days now. I love it. The tech, safety features, power and this difficult to find lunar rock color. I think the voice commands may have been a big missed opportunity though. AFAIK, she won’t: change a/c settings, defrost rear window, roll a window down, turn on interior lights. In fact, it seems like most of her functionality duplicates what Siri (or Google) already does for me in CarPlay. I understand Toyota may not want voice commands used which affect drivability for safety’s sake but for the commands I’m complaining about, this would help keep eyes on the road. Please let me know if I just failed to buy up to the proper trim level to unlock these features.

Those aren't available as far as I've seen. Likely for the exact reason stated.
