Vivid Racing.....Only if you like being ignored.

4/16 I ordered Dobinsons rear springs for my Sequoia. A few days later I got an email they were backordered shipping 6/30. Monday, 6/28 I emailed asking if the date was still good.

NOTHING.

Tuesday I called sat on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up & sent another email, nada, Wednesday another 25 minute hold, Thursday a message through their webform NOTHING, today I called and was prompted to leave a message after being "#1 in line" for 3+ minutes within an hour three hours ago.

I reached out to Dobbinsons & they sent me tracking.

I was thinking about getting the Vivid forged rims, forget it, I'll never spend another cent with them.

 

Well that just sucks.

 

Yup. The entire time on hold the message says they are slammed with orders. That's great! I'm glad they are prosperous.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

 

Don't feel bad, ordered my Dobinson's HD leaf packs from Boss 4x4 and Dobinson's took a little time getting the order filled. Just be glad you are getting some really good springs.

 

I have the fronts, ordered in April, and accepted the wait. The manufacturer had them on BO, that is ok.

My complaint is that a full week has gone by with no response. It's common courtesy to respond. If they did not have tracking then that would be a perfectly reasonable response.

My complaint is being ignored. That shit pisses me off. I'd prefer being told to fuck off than to be ignored (odd character defect) I know.

 

Same experience. Never again and working to CX my order.

The best part is yesterday I got an auto email to give them kudos & a "personal" email from the "founder" asking me to join their youtube channel 'cause they wanna be utubE famous!

I responded you don't want me anywhere near your social media, check your one star negative review I just left.

Post on yelp. I believe more people go to yelp for reviews.

 

End of the week, no response I'll be doing Yelp & Google.

You would think a 1 star gigantic negative review to their webform would get a response.

 

I'm sorry you're having issues. I can't speak for current stock or lead times, but I ordered my dobinsons lift here https://www.dobinsonsdirect.com/. I sent them emails before and after ordering and even after delivery and got quick responses.

 

I got the fronts & rear shocks in April, the rear springs were on global backorder until 6/30. I got them Tuseday.

I still have nothing from Vivid. Which is ok, I don't need anything from them at this point.
