VIN Engine code

So I'm bored and trying to compile all of the numbers for my 2014 SR5 Tundra and figure out if I'm towing more of a travel trailer than I should be. When I found a PDF that lists the TWR and GCWR, but has a table of Model Code, Engine, and then the capacities.

I looked on the Toyota Owners site, and it tells me I have a V8, Flex Fuel. Neat. I knew that, but the chart shows 3UR-FE, or 3UR-FBE. I think I've figured out that I don't have the 1UR-F*

How can I find out which model code or engine I have to determine if I can tow 7900lb, or 9900lb (TWR)

3UR-FBE is the 5.7 in the Lexus LX570 suv.
