One more for me. Anyone running Falken Wildpeak at4’s. If so, do you get some vibration at 60-70ish & up? They are awesome below that speed.
If so, Is some vibration in the wheel Normal because if the knobby tires or are they off balance?

I’ve got them on our 4Runner and our Tundra and I remember a little vibration when we had them installed but it went away after we had alignment done on both vehicles.

I have them on mine and have no vibrations at that speed. I have the 275/60 R20's with a Westcott 3/1 lift-leveling kit. They run so much better than the stock tires I finally burned off.

I’ve got maybe 3K miles on my set and no vibrations at any speed. Check that you didn’t lose any of the weights. Try rebalancing or road force balance if possible and ensure your alignment is in spec.

    Roydtheviking, yes OEM wheels.

Aviat, I have the same size as you but no lift kit.

AZ Tundra, I took it back to the dealer and they didn’t do squat about it

I saw where the good people of Reddit said to try different air pressures. I want to say Discount put 40 psi in my Tundra tires. It's too hot right now for me to go out and check but they've been running great. Drove from Texas to Michigan and back and my wife is a bit of a lead foot. They rode great.

Discount had set mine to 37psi front and rear. Mine are 35x11.50r18. I emailed falken and this was their response. I know yours are a different size though. They were quick to respond so I’d reach out and ask them or give them a call.

Your OEM Size (P275/65R18 114 SL) has a load capacity of 2,421 lbs. @ 30 psi. per tire in the front and 2,535 lbs. @ 33 psi. per tire in the rear; if you were staying in a metric size this is the load capacity you want to meet or exceed.

Passenger type tires are fitted with a 10% overage in load capability when used on SUV's, Light Trucks, and Vans because of the difference in load handling. This load overage can be removed when changing to an LT type tire, that brings the effective load capacity to achieve down to 2,201 lbs. in the front and 2,305 lbs. in the rear.

The new size (35X11.50R18LT 117 C) has a load capacity of 2,205 lbs. @ 35 psi. cold in the front and 2,349 lbs. cold @ 38 psi. in the rear; this would be the recommended air pressure for everyday driving.

Remove the wheels and wire brush any grime and oxidation between wheel and wheel hub. That alone can give you mad shaking, doesn't matter what the tire was mounted.

Also LT tires tend to square up when seating for a long time. You may need extra time for them to round up.

Principally unbalancing LT tires is also not something unheard of.

    They weigh 62.6 lbs.

Pull the wheels off, clean the hub area and the mating surface and hand torque all the lugs.

Have about 40k on mine now. They have been great tires. Mine are load range E and one size up from stock so they do transmit more road anomalies. Have no vibrations at any set speed. That sounds like a balancing issue versus just the road. Will definitely buy these tires again if they ever wear out.

I put Cooper Discoverer AT3 4s Tire Size: 275/60R20 my 2021 Tundra Crewmax. I have driven from Texas to Minnesota and back twice with them. Never had an issue. They have no highway noise, and are great in rain & snow. I have had Cooper's on my last 3 vehicles and will continue with them.

Just regular. Every 5000 miles at first but the last two rotate and balance have been every 10000 miles.

Just put a set on mine 275/55/20 at4w
First trip to work very minor and the next morning nothing so like others have said either get them rebalanced or it may go away after some driving.

XL no way I would run a E load tire.... too ruff for this old guy. Less than 100 miles.
