Smartcap EVO shell, Rail system, bed cover, ceramic tint including windshield, tinted headlights and tail lights, full time gps alarm system with dash camera front and rear, bull nose for front, debating rear bumper, waiting on long gun locker for under rear seat with seat rail mods to sit flush and not raise back seat, Pedal Commander ordered as well as fender flares and tinted film for front logo and led conversion lights for all interior lights
I changed out my drivers seat for the custom Scheel-Mann seat.
I found a plug that fits into one of the sensors to bypass but the actual airbag in the seat I've not found a bypass that works.
As such was removing it to put it under the seat in a square metal pipe to avoid it expanding and when I went to remove from the seat bracket it has what I believe to be an 8 point bolt.

I've not had luck searching online to narrow down the exact size.

Does anyone know off hand what size/patter of bolt holds the air bag and air cylinder in place on the drivers seat?

That would be known as torx, you can pick up a set at harbor freight relatively cheap

its the male version and 8 point not six, I have torx drivers and sockets, this is the inverse unfortunately and really hard to use a regular pair of pliers on, found a few 8 point female sockets but before purchasing wanted to see if anyone knew the actual size as some sets run pretty expensive

As it turns out, it was a 6 point and with the star pattern an 11mm-7/16 deep socket frees the nut and I was successful in removing the air bag.
Part 2 is that the seat position sensor which is a magnet sensor was removed with a T 30.
Once I plugged both in to my Tundra all the warning lights went away and no more constant audible/visual alerts every time I turn my Tundra on.
