Im installing a factory TRD skid plate along with a full size cat protector and cant get on top of the crossmember to install fasteners.
Valhalla advertises a nut plate for this purpose but does not have pics on the website , they also dont bother posting a ph number or email address for contact.

Im curious to see what theirs looks like.
anyone have a pic or maybe their email where I can request a pic?

    Too many, but not enough....
Its just a piece of flat stock with 2 holes and nuts welded to it, very easy to do yourself if you are able.

I will DM you Tylers cell.

if you order from talons garage you’ll get it in a couple of days.
The late makes it WAY easier.

Ok thanks for the update, I didnt realize you guys were talking in some new code , i didnt have my decoder book so I couldnt figure it out.
IRAYI (I really appreciate your input)

Sorry I guess youd call me old school, but no facebook , istagram , myspace, snapchat, Twitter, tiktock, or anything of the sort in this household, I value and protect my privacy and dont want my personal information being sold.
If you read the fine print youd be surprised what you agreed to on those sites (and Apps).
YOU are actually the product , and youre information is sold over and over to 3rd parties etc

thanks for the quick replies, I was able to contact tyler regarding the nut plate

I have the Valhalla shields, bought them very early on when he started making them. Great product, but I think he got in over his head. I canceled my nut plate order with him and credit card company had to get involved to refund. I then ordered through talon and got the plate in days. Just making you aware.
Look up some other threads on here to get an idea.

You can also try rci - not sure if they sell the nut plate separately but that’s how mine installed

Here's a pic of the mount.

If this is wrong please let me know and I'll edit, but Tyler has left a lot of people hanging for months, if not a year. There are a couple threads here about the issues. I did receive my plates over a year ago, but my attempt to get the updated rear plate wasn't fulfilled by Tyler even though he acknowledged the order right away. I did a dispute after 30-days of not receiving the product or shipping info he said would ship within 3-days.

Oh, same. I'm rocking the 2 Valhalla cat shields. But times have changed and Talon is now the good vendor. I'd gladly pay Talon more for the nutplate retainer to actually get it.
