Came on the truck when I bought it used, tried cleaning some of the bird stains off without much luck, if I wanted to keep I'd probably take it to line-x and have them coat it super quick or buy some bedliner spray from HD.

Only thing missing is the front foam seal for the top of the bed and one turn knob, which I assume can be easily sourced. see last photo for the knob in question.
