USB plug next to cigarette lighters not working

Hello,
I just got and installed the Dasaita Android 13 head unit in my 2014 Tundra. I like the HU a lot. However a possible wiring issue arose. Now the stock OEM usb plug next to the cigarette lighters does not work. Anyone have any idea as to why this could be? Did I miss something when installing it?

 

I had a similar issue, it turned out to be a bad adapter cable going from that plug into the back of head unit. Forgot what it was called but it’s usb on one end into a square plug on head unit side. I’ll see if I can find thread amp post a link.

hmmmm... I may of just not plugged it into the back of the head unit honestly. I'm not sure that I saw anything for it though. The cigarette lighters work okay.
