Any option to upgrade these old style USB ports to USB-C and maybe fast charging?

Good question. The port being used in the picture seems to have to lowest current rating of all but it is needed for Android Auto.

My Pixel 7 Pro seldom gets changed on the 3 charger just to extend battery life.

I've been using an adapter in the round 12v port that has a USB-C in it.

A bit off topic, but I’ve noticed my audio is noticeably worst with the USB and CarPlay versus Bluetooth. I’ve debated replacing the USB as I’m not sure if it is related to it.

My last aftermarket head unit, the USB just plugged into the back of the radio, wondering if the USB switch out is as simple.
