Pretty sure the top and bottom tail lights on my 17 are supposed to be on when driving right? Turn signals work, brake lights work but only the bottom is lit up when the headlights are on. I've checked every fuse that would seem linked to this as well as swapped some relays.

    Thoughts?

Some add'l info: A boat trailer that has been causing my buddies dash lights to go out was recently towed with this truck. not certain if related. Also my front left blinker bulb had gone from dark amber to very light amber. Crazy sounding i know but i just replaced it with the second bulb in the pack and sure as heck the new bulb was darker.
