Not with the Tundra, but a few vehicles ago I bought rims. Never again. I instantly regretted it, I am not a flashy guy so they did nothing for me. It was a waste of money and I was constantly worried about hurting them. Now I rock the stock steelies and love em. Full functionality and I beat the shit out of them on trails and don't give a lick about em. I can replace them for 50 bucks lol.

Decked. It’s nice for what it does, but I recently took it out and didn’t realize how much bed space it takes up and my mpg went up 2-3 mpg with all that weight gone.

My next truck will be left stock. I don’t regret any upgrades but I didn’t need them either. Other than the upgraded sound system. I would do that again if needed.

I’ll buy floor mats then. But, I’m not messing with suspension and I’m not wasting money on wheels next time.
I’m just buying a PRO and being done.

I certainly would not buy one with the TSS Off Road package if I were to ever buy another Tundra.

Anything I can't do myself, because inevitably whoever gets paid to do it will fuck it up. Even going to a reputable off road shop that is supposed to know what they are doing will put their worst slacker on my rig.

I regret welding sliders to my frame. Should’ve bolted them on.

100% agree on the wheels. 99% of time its purely for looks, and the other 1% you could most likely get by with spacers.

I would have done more research on tonneaus. I have the Undercover Armorflex but I HATE that it won't let me use the rail system for tie downs. It will be replaced soon with a Diamondback.

Center console wireless charger. My Samsung Note 9 fit perfectly with case but when I upgraded to Samsung S22 Ultra and added multiple thin cases.....still no fit.

I would have skipped the Tonneau and gone straight to the cap. I had one on my '15 and thought I would be OK without.... Nope. Now I have both :)

Tonneau cover that consumes bed volume.
