Upgraded Headunit: Anyone tried this one?

I was looking at apple carplay head units.

I have the Stinger Offroad stereo in all of my company trucks because they make the maps look huge and easier to use while driving.

I dont think that will fit a 2nd gen tundra, its for a 2014-21 model. I got a 2013

I was also looking at a Pioneer DMH-1500NEX, found an open box one for $203. Anyone have any input or experience with this one? or any recommendations for 2nd gen tundras

 

I think alpine makes one that will fit yours, but I just showed the Stingers I have. It's possible that they have one for yours on that site. And OMFG the prices have come down. I paid like $1300/ea.
