My first DIY charging tray failed or rather the charging pad failed and since it was all one piece, I had to throw the whole thing away. I missed the convenience of wireless charging so I designed a 3d printed version that I could just Velcro a charging pad too. So, this way if the charging pad goes bad then I just swap it out with another. It's my first time 'designing' something in 3d so it's not super slick, but it does the job. I used Tinkercad to create the design and my Ender 3 to print it. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit; it feels nice and secure. Here is a short video of how it goes together and what it looks like in the truck. Let me know what you all think.
