The Netherlands

I live in the Netherlands and have a 3rd gen Tundra TRD sports. I use the North American android app on my phone (ver. 2.1.11), which I installed with an apk file. But now Toyota updated the app and I can't update this to my phone (since I am not living in North America). When I use a VPN connection to US I still can't update.
Does anybody now where I can get a apk file of the latest version?
