Unused plugs under map light plastic?

Stubby AM/FM antenna Century Camper Shell with Roof rack and bed mat
    I am installing a mirror with a compass. I need to power it. While looking for a suitable 12 volt source I found two unused plugs tucked up under the sunglasses holder/map light plastic shell. One is black, one is white. Can anyone fill me in on what they could be used for? Thanks!
