I've been having an issue with unlocking my truck with my key fob. For about the last 6 months, not only has the range of my key fob diminished, but it's been acting weird as well. Unless I am withing a few feet of my doors when I hit the key fob twice, it will only unlock the driver's door no matter how many times I hit the unlock button.

I've changed the battery in my key fob twice with no luck and also used the other set of keys with no luck either.

Does anyone know where the receiver for the key fob is on the truck? That's the only thing I can think of at the moment.

That's really annoying. I was surprised at the long range of the fob on my 2018. Have you taken it to the dealer for a diagnostic check?

Do you have any aftermarket LED lights? Many reports of LEDs having interference.

Check the settings in your head unit as well. Truck has to be on and in park, but you can set various lock behaviors.

Ceramic shouldn't interfere but metallic I could see. At least that's how it is for cellular signal.
