Unknown brake issue

    I do not know the direction that I need to address next. When slowing from 50ish mph, the brakes will pulse as if the rotors are warped. I have replaced the rotors and pads and tires, and still have the issue. Under hard braking, the front brakes will lock. There are no lights on the dash. Has anyone had this issue? 2013 DC
