Ima have someone 3d print some dust caps for my Camburg Uni-ball uca’s. Cheap fix essentially will be to make a 3d printed cap and then 3m the cap onto the uca’s to keep dry lube clean and less maintenance. Any interest in some orders? Not tryin to make money tryin to help members be lazy like me with Uni-balls lol. I’d literally charge exactly what it cost to get them and get them shipped.

And we want it to be able to easily come off for service as Uni-ball needs a lot of service. Design 1.1 is being printed right now. The tpu is very solid option and it’s looking great. Also comes in about any color you’d want even transparent

Looks really cool. can it be sealed so water can’t splash up and into it?

It’s press fit already so it seals prettt dang tight. We came up with an idea to lock it in place without any adhesive or additional work. That way it could just be bought by whoever wants a quick cheap cover. These will prob only fit Camburg 1.5” tundra uniball uca’s. Since I don’t have access to the other ones and I’m sure it’s slightly different.

If you're 3d printing I would consider adding a saddle to hold onto the tubing that attaches to the cup and zip tie it. Then you don't need to depends on adhesive.

We are adding more tpu on the bottom to have it “clamp” onto the arm. If it doesn’t work we were thinking about doing something like you mentioned.
