Under the wheel decorative center caps.....

Popped off my wheel caps and noticed the front wheels have a steel cap, all good. Popped off the caps on the rear wheels and no steel cap and was met with an ugly rust bowl. Normal to have no steel caps on the rear? I can take a pic if need be

but if it’s an 07-21, yes it will be an ugly rusted indented cap.

 

It's a 21'. Thought maybe when I had the tires swapped out the install tech forgot the steelie cap on the rears.

 

nope. That’s just the ends of the rear axle.

next time you rotate your tires, hit it with some high temp black paint. Can’t be seen, but it calmed down my OCD.

 

One cannot stare into one’s own axlehole and remain unchanged.
