The listening volume through the radio speakers for my paired cell phone is too loud. I cannot control the volume either by the cell phone or by the radio control. What did I do wrong when I first paired it and how to I delete my phone and re-pair it?

Only the volume buttons on the steering wheel will adjust mine up or down. The volume on the radio does nothing. And you adjust it during a call.

I adjust mine during the call either using the volume on the bottom of the touchscreen or the buttons on my steering wheel. It the saves it for the next call.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, the volume can only be controlled with the volume buttons on the steering wheel. Not by the phone volume, not by the radio volume knob.
