Two Weird Noob Questions...

First, why do some user profile names have a line through them?

Second, why do I see so many pics of the interior of Tundras with the vents closed? Why would you have all of your dash vents closed?

 

Dark blue .....banned

Light blue......support law enforcement

Red......support fire fighters

Green.....support military, EMS

 

Have never noticed the vents bring closed on any interior pics. Probably just a coincidence unless its a great place to hide drugs or something

 

Jim explained the lines. As for vents, I hate having air blown in my face. Especially heated air. I close mine, because the only time it doesn't blow air out of my dash vents is when it's set to defrost. Every other setting blasts air in my face.

 

Similar story here with the vents. My feet get really cold so I'm trying to maximize the air to the floor and keep the rest of me from getting too hot.
