@Law323 did you lose power from the storm? We went to the zoo, half price cause it didn't have full power and not all the animals were out.

yep, the wife and I live less than a mile from the zoo....we're in that grid that lost power. Eh, I come from hurricane county in Louisiana.....i can handle a few days with no power and a nice breeze. It's downright luxury living compared to being out of power in humid haven, Louisiana LOL

Look what's almost ready for powder coat! They still have to make the center crown logo, light bar brackets and mesh grill inserts. IMG_7861.jpg

Not sure if anyone is familiar with this brand... it is made in china, but here is my old next to my new. Bought in 2010 in Sount Carolina. OluKai is the brand name. Greatest flip flops, imho.

    IMG_0803.jpg

I should also mention I go through a cheap pair off nikes every six months, ...only three pairs of shoes. Dress shoes, nikes(cheap), and flip flops. Flip flops are my shoe of choice, even in Washington state.

But incredibly expensive for flip flops. I saw a pair in Denver at the mall for $165!! They were nice though

Here are my wife's, also seven years old. Didn't replace her's cause she alternates through god knows how many sandals, and they ain't broke. I wear mine exclusively and all the time. Ocean water, pool water, sun... drunk walking, all that and two bags of chips.
