I usually grille rib eyes on my Lodge cast iron hibachi. Takes only minutes. Went to my storage unit and got out some bbq candy. In the pic (on the left) is Wyoming seasoning that I used today. The other two are local rubs that I'll be using shortly. Today was the first time I did the slow cook/indirect method rib eyes. Wasn't sure how it would turn out. 6 hours at 280/300 dergees using Weber briquets and apple wood shavings for smoke. First time I've had rib eyes with a smoke ring. Was worth the wait.

Next up..Steamboat Springs CO beef brisket I'm smoking for a co worker next weekend. Having a party. He and wife are recently Vegan for health reasons but they will cheat occasionally and they do want to serve beef to their friends or otherwise get shunned for life....

Take out the back seat so you access below the carpet, put control box under or inside center console, run wires out the floor and along the frame in the back. Run wires out the floor and through front fenders in the front. Do you have a crewmax?

The actual rock lights I screwed into the top of my fender liners with a short screw. First I drilled the hole in the top of the fender to run the wire, then feed the wire through and screw rock lights to fender liner facing down directly above the tire. I can take more pictures tomorrow if you'd like

    1. Drill hole through fender liner
    2. Feed wire through rubber backing piece
    3. Feed wire through hole you drilled
(For the front I fed the wire towards the cab and pulled it through the front fender with a wire hanger and down the bottom opening by door hinge mounts where the leaves and junk buildup. For the rear I just dropped it down the front on the fender.
    4. Run wire under truck and up through the floor, under the carpet, and to the center console.
    5. Run positive cable from battery to center console. I went down the side under the kick panel and under carpet to center console.
    6. Run ground, I found one under the center console
    7. Connect all wires
    8. Enjoy lights

What's up with that little tiny grill? How are you gonna have me and my family over without enough room for my 76 pounder?

    5/30/2017 enough notice?

Really though, we need to make a move before summer because my kids will be all over the country. It'll have to be this coming weekend or the next.

Talk to your wife and see if I was too obnoxious when we met for her to want me at her house

If so, you guys are always welcome up here too
