The OEM actually looks pretty efficient. Can you do a write up of what you have purchased? My wifey just gave me the approval to do what your doing :bananadance::benchpress:

@dragos28 was the first I know of to fabricate and market them. I got one of the first sets he made. Not sure who's making them now, several shops, I'd guess.

As I said TX doesn't require an NICS background check for CCL holders either, but that doesn't relieve the FFL who sells the weapon from the sales record-keeping requirements via Form 4473, which the feds require the FFL to retain indefinitely.

Quoting from the same source that you provided....

    Sales Records

FFLs are required to maintain records of the acquisition and sale of firearms indefinitely.8 The dealer must record, “in bound form,” the purchase or other acquisition of a firearm not later than the close of the next business day following the purchase or acquisition.9 The dealer must similarly record the sale or other disposition of a firearm not later than seven days following the date of such transaction and retain Form 4473, the Firearms Transaction Record.10

The feds can take a hike, as far as I'm concerned...I'm just referring to the federal law as every FFL I know interprets it.

    Funny moment today.

Stopped to pick up my son at a bday party. While there, one of the moms offered my youngest daughter a cupcake. While eating it, she chokes a bit on a piece of cupcake. The mom asks her "are you alright?". Without missing a beat, my daughter replies "I'm choking on my own spit".

LOL. Some of y'all might get the reference.

There's nothing I miss more than when my kids were babies. My older daughter is just big and gross now. My younger daughter is a year away from being big and gross.

One of them is getting an STI with race suspension and race seats w/ 5pt harness. "Sweetie, daddy needs to borrow your car to go to the track." And the other one is getting a Hyundai.

Naw make um figure out a full size right away, go big or go home.
neither are bad cars. And I'm jealous of that Sti, though it sounds like you already have it so pics or it didn't happen!

Nope, I don't have one. It may not end up being an STI, but it will definitely be track worthy. I don't have a track car anymore and can't afford to buy a separate track car. So that will be my only way to get back on the track.
