    Maverick video dump! @Bikeric

I apologize in advance for the absolutely awful "music" in this video. There is no talking or relevant sound... just horror, so you can mute it. It's a before and after of the Maverick with a 2 inch lift and little better tires.

    https://youtu.be/a-_in1lvDpo

    https://youtu.be/k0STxn7qmFs

^^^ Not gonna lie, I'm surprised as hell by this. I expected it to struggle, strain, and complain.

That one was a teaser mostly, and here is their actual review.

And now for some snow. I timestamped it a couple minutes in to skip the yammering. Kid talks too much. He has BFG KO2s on the Maverick and is intentionally trying to get it stuck just to see what it can do with the FX4 package.

    https://youtu.be/Jg_jqBd2bA0?t=462

Full disclosure, rewind to mid 2019 when I was looking for something to get through the winters better than my WRX, and if this Maverick was around I would have been really keen on it. I still want one, but I don't think I'd give up my Tundra for it. Might make a fun little commuter that can handle leaving pavement a bit. Looks like loads of fun.

Overrated in my opinion. If I’m getting fast food, it’s Burgerville

The only fast food burgers we can get are A&W. Not aware of anywhere else around here that does a veggie burger for the wife.

Yeah. Rained here last night and my windshield looked like a braile Bible this morning. All frozen little drops.

Since it’s been warm for us, I’m hoping it melts quickly especially since I need to be on the road at 3A:annoyed:

If you like AR15s you should buy from somewhere besides dick's. Looks like a good time!

I recommend buying in person if you can. Shipping is rough on a kayak. Mine showed up today. Scuffs (no big deal), missing bottle holder, and a broken dry box. Contacted LL Bean and they're right on it, so I'm still happy. Buddy ordered a different one from Amazon and it was missing its seat, and something else I forget.

Doing it again, I would 100% find one in store.

Oh yeah I'm definitely going to get it in person. In all the research I've done the rate of damaged in transit is too high for my taste. Thankfully there seems to be a ton available in store. I hope they get you all squared up in a timely manner!

My stuff doesn't prevent use, so I'm good. Water is too cold right now anyway.

Still need a paddle and PFD too.

I'm pretty sure you could still drive a vehicle on the ice around where I'm at lol. Four wheeler and snowmobile for sure. I'm going with that paddle I linked because I've always had issues with my wrists, hopefully it works out. As for life vest I'm going to go with this one: https://www.amazon.com/MoveVent-Dyn...d=1647463365&sprefix=kayaking+,aps,157&sr=8-3 it has tons and tons of reviews and in the off chance it isn't as good as the reviews make it out to be Amazon is easy to deal with returns.
