One of my co-workers just bought himself a 2001 Silverado because it was the cheapest vehicle he could find.

Zelle is the boomer payment app. Unless we’re just qualifying it with the apps that let you use emojis for notes… then carry on.

You know, some people who have used paper checks are still living, even today.

I have mailed actual cash via USPS; and at the time it was not considered unusual.

I legitimately do not even have checks. If I need a check written I have to ask someone to do it for me and I give them the cash LOL

I'm not much better - - I much prefer Venmo or the credit card. I do write 4 or 5 checks a year, though.

I think we're still using the book of checks we bought with our first house 12 years ago. I've stopped correcting the address on it, since we've move 3 times since then, and only use a live check maybe 2 times a year.

Speaking of writing checks, make sure you let us know how you like that kayak. You ever plan to fish out of it or just mainly for recreation/exploring?

Just recreation planned, but casual fishing is doable. A buddy bought their Radar 115 and plans to fish with it.

That V10 is a straight hog! We run those at work, crew cab with 10' utility boxes.

    Young boi!
I was driving a '97 5.3l Silverado at that time. Loved that truck but it ate through fuel pumps.

Well that was unexpected. That guy I graduated with that works at UPS texted me today and said that package that I had given up on and submitted a refund claim for was found and will be out for delivery today!

That's going to be the next popular mod. Cut a hole in the driver seat (or all) and tap it straight into the gas tank. Alright kids all we are having is taco bell from now on!

Do you guys go full throttle in your vehicle(s)? In my 26 years on this planet the vast majority of people I ask say they have never gone full throttle, usually followed by saying they are afraid to. It's such a foreign concept to me because I have gone full throttle in and or on each and every single thing that has had a motor. Not to say I'm reckless or anything, just have to see what everything has got :D

So, you're asking many more women than men?

There's a top speed, surely; but I'll hit that gas like a $20 hooker.

okay, no hookers, but yeah I push the pedal down sometimes.

Yes, yes I do. I’ve tested the governors on at least half. Winner so far is a ‘94 Caprice with an LT1 and 9C1 police package.

unless you are on a motorcycle or driving something crazy, you won’t be pulling away from many cops in those things.
