I don’t know about you guys but i have a hard time fitting in my buddies Tacoma compared to my tundra. It’s SO CRAMPED INSIDE! Clutch or not though, I always prefer my cars manual and my trucks auto. Prolly just me

I think @LarryDangerfield likes everything automatic. :boink:

If its a tow hog I would want the automatic with the option of being manual for hills but a dedicated 4X4 rig I would want multiple sticks (Atlas transfer case)

Sequential shifting was very handy hauling the trailer back from Sedona. I pretty much left it in S4 and dropped to S3 on the really sketchy grades.

Yeah Tow/Haul is good and all but on some of the steep grades that we have out here that sequential shifting does come into handy.

I'm so proud of you guys right now. It takes a lot of courage to admit that manual transmissions suck assssssssss. Especially in a truck. Like I understand the sports car aspect of it because their whole purpose is driving pleasure and they give you complete control. When I'm launching my boat into a lake, or going up a steep hill with rocks that I gently have to bump over, why on Earth would I want to complicate that more by having a third pedal that if I use it incorrectly my vehicle shuts off lol.

Yeah, my Tacoma was my first automatic I ever bought. Not saying I wouldn’t get another manual but at the time when i bought it, single life had more advantages with auto…. Auto engage

Even if I had a vette, I wouldn’t really care for it. I love manual, but can love without. Many muscle cars now don’t offer it as much as they used to

Costco gas $76.00 on the pump click. Noice! Pretty rare to hit the zeros.
    Costco food $571.00! Winner!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had fast food tonight for the first time in roughly a month. I decided on Hardee's. I ordered two sandwiches without the bun. They asked if I would like them wrapped in lettuce. I said sure! I would not have said sure had I known it would come wrapped in foil like it was still a regular burger. Do not recommend LOL. What a greasy slimy slippery sliding mess. Hopefully my next fast food excursion won't be soon but I will make sure to ask for silverware and for it to be in a hard container next time.
