Looked at the schedule and we might not have coverage for tonight, so I might be joining you guys for another round of shenanigans.

 

Fun times. Will you get an extra day off on the other side of the weekend, or are you just losing a day if you work tonight?

 

Forced sucks. However, it will help pay for those hot pink heart wheels you've been eyeing.

I have this unique problem where I love the double time and my leave bank..
I'm trying to max out my leave, then I'll just get a check cut to me every December

 

I just get OT, but I'm fine with that too.

 

Sick time I get to build up to a point, and I rarely use it. I'm in the same boat as you for general leave/PTO. I get the vacation that my time with the company earns, and that's it.

 

We're pretty fortunate. We max out @800 hours and then anything over that, they cut you a check at the end of the year.

 

Is that 800 total PTO, or is that just your sick pay?

I max at I think 460 or 480 sick pay hours, but vacation is a separate one. I think I get 3 or 4 weeks vacation because of my time with the company. Can't remember.

 

Off work. Gotta go sweep the snow off the truck and head home. Probably check in again before bed, but don't burn the place down in the mean time.
