I have seen some yellow/blue TRD original equipment shocks with part number that ends in 031 and others ending in 041

dows anyone know if these are the same shocks , or were they made vehicle specific?
    thanks

I believe yellow & blue are on the TRD Off Road and the red & blue are on the TRD Sport.

Could one # be for the front and the other for the rear?

I realize the yellow are considered off road and the red are considered sport,
Both the 031 and 041 number are on front shocks on 2 different sets , so its not a front / rear thing.
The 031 are currently on my 2016 Limited TRD 4x4 Double cab, the 041 are brand new take offs from a new truck, but the guy selling them doesnt know which truck they were removed from as they remove many sets direct from the dealer,

They could’ve just updated something small but was enough for a new part #. Same as something like the steering rack. Some racks were breaking and they changed the part # slightly when they updated the seals. They might have just changed the seals on the shocks or something that was enough for the new #.

Shocks mounts haven’t changed since 07. So if it was from a tundra then they should fit.
