    hello!
New member here. Long time Toyota owner.
    On my 4th tundra
    2017.
Has a factory trailer brake controller
    New issue
When I plug in my horse trailer to the bumper, I hear a clicking sound from inside the trailer brake controller inside the cab. Truck on off. When I turn on the pickup, clicking goes away.
Any help on this would be awesome!

    Thank you!!

I recently purchased a 2017 Tundra Crewmax. Just bought a travel trailer. Same issue. Key doesn’t have to be in the ignition. As soon as key moved to On or RUN, it goes away and everything seems to work properly. It does it even if the trailer isn’t on the ball. Did you ever find a remedy?
