Tundra Towing Mirrors

I am trying to find Towing Mirrors for my 2017 Tundra Limited CrewMax. My problem is I must have bought an anomoly as my OEM mirrors have power adjustment, heated mirrors and blind spot alerts. They don't include running/marker lights or directionals. I thought I had found what I needed through Boost for @ $237.00 a pair which were guaranteed to fit until I asked for confirmation about the difference as they had marker lights and directional signals along with the heated mirrors, blind spot and power adjust. They then informed me they wouldn't fit. Does anyone know what the plug n' play wiring is with the OEM and would it work with the added accessories. I don't care if they don't have the signals and running lights I just want to keep what I have. I'm not keen on shaky slip-on extensions. Looking for help!

 

Very confused. Can you link the mirrors you were looking at from Boost?

You can take a chance with Ebay/Amazon for mirrors. Can probably find some that have everything you want, but there is a 50-50 they will be pinned wrong and you will have to change the connector pinning so it matched the truck harness to get everything to work. Or, you pay more and order Boost and their harness works how it should.

When you say marker light, are you meaning the reverse light that is on the outer edge? If so, you have to run that wire to make it work. Your truck harness does not have that function. The directional signals will work even though your current mirrors don't have that, the truck harness is wired for it and Boost pins their mirror connector correctly for this.

So if you buy from Boost and select the heated, blind spot, power adjust (different from power fold) you should have no issues having all of that work along with the turn signal in the glass and on the front of the mirror.

I upgraded to these OEM mirrors to assist during towing. These are only heated...everything is manual. If I remember correctly, there were other options. I found them on eBay, but I cannot remember the sellers name...it has been a couple of years.

I do have another set of manual oem mirrors....one has a defect....nothing big.
