I just bought the 2023 Tundra (used) with only 21,000 miles on it. I've had it 3 weeks and twice from a complete stop I've hit the gas and the truck started going and about time it switched to second gear (which is fast af in these trucks) it lost all RPMs and basically slammed breaks. I had to put truck back into park then into drive and it would move.

I feel it's the gas saver feature on the truck messing with everything else but who knows. Just took it to the dealership and go figure they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Anyone else had this issue and have any advice for me?

Maybe your automatic braking collision avoidance sensor is bad?

Your guess is as good as mine. I took it to the dealership today and they drove it around and of course couldn't find a thing wrong with it.

Turn off the auto breaking. For me, it is way too sensitive and twice recently it went off while driving; that means it would have slammed on the breaks while driving. If you tow a trailer, it is a must when backing up or hooking up.
It is the little button that looks like a traffic cone. Verify with your manual. It will remember its "off" state when you restart.

I'm also thinking the auto braking. If you're behind another vehicle and slam on the gas the truck thinks you're going to hit the car in front of you and will hit the brakes, the dash will also say in red Brakes or Warning, forget which. As for the shifting, it's a 10 speed, it's going to go through the gears quicker than something with a 6 speed.
