Two years ago, I changed timing chain tensioner. Now have had lots of random codes that show up and disappear (without anything being changed or fixed). Current list of codes are
P0357, P0748, P0778, P0974, P0986, P1614, P2716. Previous sets of were throttle related codes. It runs a little rough. I replaced throttle body sensor and those codes went away. Not sure why all random codes. Those codes previous have shown up.

I am wondering if there is a common place wiring issue or is my ECU going out. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
