Hello! So I had a 2015 Tacoma for a few years and the maps that came with the truck were great. I could go anywhere offline and leave breadcrumbs to follow my path. I bought a 2018 Tundra hoping for the same kind of mapping system. I realized it was equipped with Entune and I had to have cell service to use it. I was wondering if the 2015 Tundras had the same software as the Tacoma did? If not, does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get maps in my 2018 Tundra while out of cell service?

Personally I use the Gaia app. Download an area you plan to be and no cell coverage needed.

My 2018 gps and maps work outside of cell service. I have the Jbl unit and it doesn’t require cell service.
