Made a dumb move today. I left the lock box key inside the lock box. I can not open it now. My combination doesnt work either. I went to the dealer to see if they could help me but no luck. Is the Key common on all the boxes? Thank in advanced.

    Do this.

But first have someone let you try their key. Reason? If their key works, it'll give me the info I need to make sure I never buy one of those boxes. All boxes keyed alike? How is that secure?

Unless you need the key and the combination together to open it.

Maybe try asking the dealership if they could tell you who the manufacturer is and get in touch with them directly.

Thanks for the Help. Use an old bicycle lock key to push down while I press the numbers and the side button. Once I did that I was able to turn the key bottom. I keep a 10” x 10” inside the safe. It must have gotten stuck in the slide. I pass a tie rap inbetween and it open up.
