Tundra Limited AC startup noise after AC kicks in possible AC servo motors? HELP

Hello, I just recently bought a 2019 tundra Limited 4x4. I like everything on it except yesterday it started making a weird noise on startup and in the in the ignition mode after the cluster beeps and the AC kicks in.. AC runs too when it does it and it only does it when the AC is running. I am coming from a 2017 Tundra Platinum and I know that noise is not normal. Any help will be appreciated. Here is a video. 2022-2023 tundras but it is a good place to start finding the issue.

 

So I think I am closer to finding out the problem that is causing my weird noise after startup, after researching a lot I think it could be the AC servo motors making the noise, after a minute passes after turning off the truck it does the same noise but quieter and normal like how my 2017 platinum used to do when I shut off the truck, any feedback from anyone? The truck makes the same noise every time I start it up or put it in the ignition mode after shutting it off for a minute when the AC servos reset.
