Tundra jammed lock on tundra safe

Has anyone encountered any issues with the combination lock being jammed. My lock is jammed, I can’t clear the combination nor turn the lock even with the key in. Any suggestion, I left a message with the manufacturer.

 

is it possible something is putting upward pressure on the top that might be binding the lock mechanism?

 

Unfortunately I did not clarify it is jammed in the open position.

Did you get the problem fixed? This might be related to my issue. My issue is with the door closed.

I recently bought my truck used. I didn't cross my mind to open during the test drive. The seller is an hour away from home, so I wanted to try myself first to be sure is not something simple.

I don't know the combination. The key works and is able to turn the lock. If you do it slowly, you can even feel when the cam is engaging and disengaging. However, the door is shut, there is no movement at all.

I wonder if your solution may help.

You need to turn to the open position w/ knob . Put a small screw driver between front of lid of vault and trim in front of lid. Pry up easy as you pull up on finger tab. Lid is just stuck shut. Had same problem and this was the fix! 34ford
